1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" refers to the lg7777 website accessible at https://lg7777.app, including all subpages, gaming interfaces, account dashboards, and associated mobile-optimised experiences.
• "lg7777", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform, a company duly licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers an account on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration, through which all gaming, depositing, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's Account.
• "Real-Money Play" means any wager, stake, or bet placed using funds held in a Player's PKR Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or cashback amount credited to a Player's Account by lg7777.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under the Platform's anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a formal request by a Player to suspend access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to real-money features of the lg7777 Platform is conditional upon meeting the following eligibility requirements in full:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes immediate grounds for Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with local laws before registering.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Platform. lg7777 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided.

lg7777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the life of your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction or closure.

3 Account Rules

Each Player is responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of their Account at all times. The following rules apply unconditionally:

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• You must not share your login credentials, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify lg7777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Account balances, bonuses, and rewards are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any other person.
• lg7777 may, at its absolute discretion, request that a Player update or re-verify their account information at any time. Failure to comply within a stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Players must ensure that the contact details, payment method information, and identity documents held on their Account remain current and accurate at all times.

4 Deposits & Payments

lg7777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in the Player's own name. lg7777 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit received from a payment source not matching the Player's verified identity may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

lg7777 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which lg7777 bears no responsibility.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available PKR Wallet funds subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account from which a corresponding deposit was made, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 30 minutes; bank transfers — within one (1) business day; Raast — near-instant subject to network availability.
• Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• lg7777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 100,000 in a single transaction or Rs 500,000 in aggregate within any calendar month.
• lg7777 may delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or ongoing KYC review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

lg7777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonus offers are available exclusively to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, fulfilled the minimum deposit requirement stated in the promotion.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum 10x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount received. Some game categories — including live casino and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements; refer to individual promotion pages for full details.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. lg7777 reserves the right to void duplicate bonus claims and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Bonus Funds expire 30 days after the date of crediting if wagering requirements have not been fulfilled within that period. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
• lg7777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in-progress prior to the change taking effect.
• lg7777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other Players.

7 Gaming Rules

The following rules govern all Real-Money Play on the lg7777 Platform across all game categories:

• All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. lg7777 reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to technical faults, incorrect odds publication, or manifest pricing errors.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or sports bet, the outcome of the game round or event shall be determined by the Platform's server-side record, which shall be final and binding.

8 Responsible Gaming

lg7777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within their Account dashboard. Once set, a lower limit takes effect immediately; an increase to a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, Real-Money Play is suspended for the remainder of the applicable period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen notifications that alert them when a gaming session has exceeded a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains open for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude their Account via the Account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes effect within one (1) hour of the request and blocks the Account from all Real-Money Play. Re-activation after a permanent self-exclusion requires a formal review process with a minimum six-month waiting period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or Account maintenance.
• Using the Platform in furtherance of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using unauthorised software, scripts, bots, or mechanical or electronic aids to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to extract value from the Platform. Any winnings derived from a known technical error must be reported immediately and are not considered legitimately won.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals after depositing funds into the Platform. lg7777 treats all charge-backs as potential fraud and will pursue recovery through all available legal means.
• Attempting to circumvent Platform security measures, including but not limited to IP masking, VPN use for the purpose of bypassing geographic restrictions, and account spoofing.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the lg7777 Platform — including but not limited to the lg7777 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software interfaces, text, images, audio, video, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of lg7777 or its duly licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from lg7777.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content or technology.
• Using the lg7777 name, logo, or branding in any context — online or offline — without express written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lg7777 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of gaming funds due to technical failures, network outages, or Platform maintenance.
• Decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, game outcomes, and account balance figures that may be subject to a processing delay.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate password security or device hygiene.
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond lg7777's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider issues, acts of government, or force majeure events.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

lg7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment reversal from the Player's payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days of closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute relating to your Account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or any other Platform matter, the following process applies:

2. 3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied after completion of lg7777's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence lg7777 operates. Details of the applicable authority will be provided in the formal complaint response letter.

During the dispute resolution process, lg7777 may place a temporary hold on the disputed funds within the Player's Account. This hold will be released promptly upon resolution of the dispute in the Player's favour, or forfeited upon resolution against the Player's claim.

14 Amendments to These Terms

lg7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage no less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.

15 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lg7777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent lg7777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud or intellectual property infringement.
